I just finished HOME WORKOUT CIRCUIT TRAINING: 6 week exercise band workout & bodyweight training for fat loss, strength and muscle tone. It uses resistance bands, exercise ball, & body weight exercises in a circuitous manner to complete a 6 week workout program. Because the content is loaded on my Kindle and the bands are so easily transported, this program can be performed anywhere!
