THAT WAS A DOOZY is an understatement. I regret to inform *me* that 5 years of therapy was the tip of the iceberg for me in dealing with this stuff, turns out. I have a feeling this book would hit for a lot of women, so if the title and subtitle resonate, i say give it a shot. I loved the audiobook and it had a wonderful meditation the end.
