Oh. Ooh, twist alert!

Things really kicking off now....

Interesting insight into how the secret services work and who we face

Gathering pace, all central characters now well fleshed out and I am starting to root for certain folk!

Still setting the scene and. Introducing characters but the action is starting to build.

Wacky, pacy and off beat!

Coming along a pace, the action sequences are well enough written to keep the story interesting, however, it is the 'shenanigans' back at base that are the real intrigue at this point.

Gripping read with an intriguing story, which as yet, is still a bit murky

A good international thriller

Plodding along, too many side line distractions cluttered with trite cliches (over worked coppers with little or no home life on poor diets and making up with disenchanted spouses by have super soarway sex). A quarter of the way in and all we have is a dead woman and recently gone missing teenager. Hope things pick up soon......

Mostly scene setting so far and a bit predictable at that. Police officer working too hard, spouse unhappy, dog is the best friend, boss (a rock and touch stone) retiring early due to ill health. You get the picture? Only said copper is a woman so everything is ratcheted up a notch or two.

On a plus note, the chapters are short and the writing crisp, we will see how it pans out.....
