I just finished "The Judge Child" saga -- incredible.

This is pretty wild thus far. Not much in the way of characters, but heavy on the myth and world building.

Let's do this... Jodorowsky... space opera... robots... Been wanting to read this for years.

So far a fantastic introduction. I'm really enjoying "Flesh," "Dredd" and "Mean Team."

I do believe this is going to go on for some time. Plus, I'm somewhat discouraged to read that the book is ever less complete moving forward. Still, it has been fascinating to confront such a scandalous text.

Finally picked this up out of morbid curiosity, but MDS is of course a fine writer -- with a true gift for morbidity, horror and black humor.

Really enjoying this one. I feel like my pace slows down in-between tales, but it's tremendous fun.

Perhaps the perfect book to read while falling asleep. Very dreamy, in the shifting and uncertain way of dreams.

Thick and relentless in making/supporting its arguments -- but excellent.

Wonderful audiobook, but it does force you to progress at the pace of a human reader and scheduled headphone time.

Witchcraft integration as space exploration.

Not sure how this wound up on my work bookshelf, but I'd been meaning to read some early sci-fi Ballard. Kicking off with Time Tombs.

Continues to be a beautiful read -- fully of unexpected violence and heartbreak. MUST FINISH BY BOOKCLUB.

The main character encounters a rat king and I know this was a good book to pick up.

Seldom has a book inspired so little in me.

It's books like this -- expertly-crafted tales of the eternal outsider -- that make it impossible for me to care about most serial killer or psycho fiction.

I a moment of geekery, let me chime in and say that I would cast Paul Gross as Eisenhorn.

Very readable and enjoyable thus far. Not steeped in game-world details as I'd feared.

I know how this looks. But I was curious to give at least one 40k book a try and this one seems to be one of the better received ones. No lofty expectations here, but so far it's decent fun and Abnett's writing is a cut above what I'd expect of a franchise novel.

Re-reading it for work. A classic.
