The chapters on Russia and Saudi Arabia are fascinating. I love getting a peek into a culture’s psyche in a few short pages. I also like reading about the countries I have traveled to or want to visit.

Really like the sections on animal and crop domestication. Diamond’s thesis makes a lot of sense to me. Especially appreciate that he recognizes the unique creativity that each member of humankind has been given as a person made in God’s image.
