This story is moving so slow. The FMC is stupid and all the characters are jumping to conclusions with nothing to support it. No plot devices are being introduce in a clumsy manner.

The guys are interesting. So far she's an immature whinny brat! The guys are the only reason to keep reading.

This series is so annoying. She doesn't stand up for herself but thinks she's a badass and we're supposed to buy that. I may not be able to finish it. I'm over it.

I don't like any of the guys. And I dint like how Bree, her friend defends them without acknowledging that the guys are keeping secrets. I don't like how she kerosene being with them sexually they are domineering and are obviously not telling her the truth!

So Lou is pissed they didn't tell her they were shifters, but why? She knew they were keeping something secret from her. They told her that! They also told her it was for her safety. I get the shock of discovering another species, but instead of being a witch about why not ask questions? Seriously, if she doesn't get her s**t together I'm not finishing this book.

I love KA, I love her alpha males. BUT there is a thin line between alpha and narcissistic a**hole and Callum is way on the wrong side of that line. So far it's all about what he wants every time he talks to Sonia, who has no backbone. She caves every time he touches her, which I have no respect for.

Adam is a walking contradcition, and not in a sexy, can't-wait-to-know-more-about-him sort of way. He's in a hurry to rescue his niece... unless he wants to have sex right that moment. DNFing. too much narration, not enough interaction between characters and overall I don't care about them.

Am I the only one who finds all of the characters and their lack of communication annoying??????? Not sure I'll finish this one.

I feel like this book is written on a basis of logic that makes it all make sense; however without that basis of logic I'm left scratching my head thinking "huh, well why would anyone do that?" I can feel myself letting this book drift to the DNF pile.

This is teetring on the edge of my DNF pile and beginning it's downward slide to it's doom. I want to see what happen with Krystof, I know Raphael will take over but I want to read that scene, but I'm even sure I can suffer through one more sentence even for that reward.

Off to a bit of a rough start, not as smoothly as the previous two books. Still a good story, but it seemed getting the two leading characters to meet and then reconnect was a bit... contrived.

Ok so 3/4 of the way through and I'm looking for spoilers. I'm tired of the dragged out plot at this point. What is Archer's secret? Why doesn't Miranda tell him her secret? and Why has it taken so long for them to finally sleep together, they've been married most of the book?! It's getting annoying that these two adults who (obviously) love each other can't figure out how to trust each other.

I love the story so far. The characters are intriguing and you can't help but be drawn in to see what happens with them and their individual secrets... but it's looking like we are getting to the part of the story where the heroine starts making stupid decisions. :(

I'm convinced some writer's use words to tell a story... others use words to draw a picture and let the picture draw you into the story. Shana Abe uses words to draw a picture...

Oh gosh, our leading lady is heading into TSTL territory. This does not bode well for finishing this book. I remember in a previous book by this author I had the same problem with the leading lady... I didn't finish that one either.

Lauren lacks a spine, and for a former exec, vocabulary skills. Tate withholds information regularly, and though she makes a lame attempt to call him on it, she never stands her ground. I find it hard to buy into a relationship where he's dishonest, bullying, doesn't seem to want her to talk, and its all about him.

Ok for a rescue mission, they sure don't seem in a hurry. On the hand Sky SAYS she wants to rush to rescue Dimitri. On the other hand, they're taking their time, slowing down to fight with some human thugs, laughing and carrying on like teenagers on a night out. Umm... Hello??? Lifemate probably being tortured and probably dying somewhere??? I don't think CF knew what to do with this book.
