Not to be that person, but this book is making me homesick for Firenze real bad

I finally made progress! I am going to have to schedule this out; otherwise, I fear this book will take me the rest of the year to read, and I do not have that kind of patience

My main summer goal is to read this behemoth of a book. Starting it on a wedding vacation sounds pretty ideal!

ILYA MENTION! (Considering this is the same narrator as HR, the lack of a Russian accent in this book, when he did a pretty decent Russian accent before, is a choice...but then again, Kip's accent is apparently more critical to the story.)

As a fellow 25-year-old history buff who doesn't know how to use my degree, I love Kip, but genuinely, what the actual f**k is his accent? It is giving every vaguely insane accent you can think of blended together like a smoothie...

And shit has just gotten very very real!

I am impressed by the level of depth at which mental health medication is being talked about in a YA book. Like Lionel feeling forced into it so real! I appreciate the nuance between both Suzette's POV and his; that's important with this topic.

The bisexual mentally ill younger sister is feeling very seen by Suzette and Lionel <3
