I never make notes like this as I'm reading, but I feel like I have to because I'm so frustrated by so much of this book already. I hate the townsfolk of this small town; I get small town gossip, but these people are just judgy, rude, and unwelcoming. I also can't stand the gaslighting that's happened so far and the MMCs ex is a piece of shit already and I hate her. I'm angry and not sure I want to continue!

Had a hard time getting into this book to begin with. I got half way, then stopped reading it for like a month and a half. I just don't care about the characters, and it wasn't holding my attention at all anymore.
