This book has been a huge help in navigating my partners parents and siblings. Who harbor little emotional maturity skills to navigate family struggles. An already existing issue that worsened in the pandemic. Thrown into a whirlwind of lies, assumptions, favoritism and abusive behavior patterns. The emotional impact of it all has caused irreversible damage and consequences. I am so glad I found this book.
