We’ve hopped on a boat and are on our way through this adventure as a young sassy ass male… which is a new pov for me. There’s magic, a war college and a hot older guy… what could possibly go wrong? Only that things go wrong and we need that guys help! Eek! Keep cool, we got this!

In my opinion the Villian has too many feelings. So far the frog is my favourite character, short and to the point.

🐸 this character needed more turmoil, warmed up too quickly.

Chapter 5: A mystery indeed. Also, I only got secondhand embarrassed for Evie once in the last few chapters. She sure does live with a lot of secrets.

Chapter 3: I’m fairly sure this guy is Gru
So far this book is lighthearted and funny
