No one can understand how hyped I am to be reading this book. No joke, the anime was one of my favourites of 2016 and getting to read the original book makes feel incredibly chuffed.

Currently, I’m fluctuating on how I feel about the story. Sometimes I’m bored to tears and other times I feel swept up in it all. I’m hoping that I get a bit more of a definitive outlook on it as I progress through the book.

Man, this book hurts quite a lot in a good bit of places. Let’s see if the book wraps up in a quality manner.

I'm still not quite sure where this'll fall on my spectrum. I guess I'll just have to wait until the ending.

I'm still not really understanding why Connor acts the way he does. Even if he is going through the motions and feeling let down by everyone. Then again, I don't necessarily think he's made to be a rather likeable character to begin with. The story, itself, is actually unfolding a bit more and has been a wee bit predictable in places so far.

I can't believe how much of a twat Connor actually is. Then I remember he's a babe (only 13) and then I'm still baffled by it.

I'm torn between wanting this book to end because I want to see how the relationship progresses and see to the end of this mystery and wanting it keep going. How lovely this book is turning out to be. I dare say I'm almost proper excited to review it.

This is gearing up to be a great read. The female MC is multifaceted and I’m terribly intrigued in seeing where it goes from this point onward.

The leading female character of this first story is an absolute twat. She infuriates me and consistently acts like a child while simultaneously complaining that the main male character wouldn’t “understand” her and her life. Ugh.
