Managing for Accountability is a great resource for anyone in a leadership position! The lessons/principles in this book are practical and easy to implement. I find myself using them on a daily basis. I liked this book so much that I ordered Lynne's new book, Navigating Conflict

Loving that the book came out; am reading to create PowerPoints for a free webinar for an international publisher.

After publishing six nonfiction books, I'm almost finished revising my debut novel. Also, I've put "sneak peeks" on my latest two books (on conflict and on accountability) on my workplacecoachblog.com.

Rereading it, now that it's officially out on 7/22, and it's the first (of my five published books), I feel said what I wanted to say.

Reading Dean Koontz's How to Write Best-selling fiction; what a GREAT book. What I love about writing is how one can begin anew with the intent to rewrite a debut novel so that becomes so compelling readers can't put it down. Koontz's ability to teach is amazing.
