I've not seen my Kindle in a week so I've not been able to read a single page. Quite the predicament.

This is reading like a horror novel. I'm stressed out over her childhood circumstances 😫 why do they keep having brutal near death experiences (I know why but wtf?).

I'm starting to think you need to be REALLY into academia to enjoy this book 😫

Reading this with a friend. We were too curious to find out if we were going to love this or hate this.

The hunger games lasted for only 50 pages or something and are long gone. I'm not really sure where this book is trying to go or why it exists. Hoping for a good conclusion (and a plot) but so far I'm not really enjoying this read.

I am taking twice as long reading this because I keep trying to figure out which character is speaking at which time, Minjun or Yeongju and which is which. The names are too similar for my brain.

But I like it. It's got a relaxed atmosphere and makes you think about life's stresses, expectations and what actually brings joy.

Er strax hooked og miður mín yfir að bókin sé bara 224 bls því ég vil að þetta verði langt ferðalag, ekki svona stutt. Elska að fylgjast með Friðsemd, heiminum sem hún býr í þar sem loftslagsáhrifin eru komin töluvert lengra á verri veg, og ekki síst bókunum inni í bókinni um Advokat Larsen.

Ef bókin heldur áfram á þessari braut mun ég stökkva á næsta verk sem Brynja Hjálmarsdóttir gefur út.
