There was no "Palestine" at the time this story was written. Palestine, as the name of that territory, was the Roman name. Again, historical fiction gives some license to be inventive, but some facts are indisputable and not subject to license.

I realize that in fiction the writer has license with historical fact, but placing the Exodus with in Akenaten's childhood seems a bit much. One tiny blip in an otherwise well written story.

I can respect Anne Boleyn as a clever woman who knew her own mind and ambition. But an Anne so besotted with love that she didn't spare a thought to the Queen? Everyone wants to see Anne and Henry in a romantic light, but I see 2 people with very different agendas.
