I usually don't read books written about this time period but I have to say I really enjoyed this book. I liked the characters and the storyline. Just like in real life sometimes a misunderstanding, a first impression , or a half truth can change our futures. I just bought Revelry's Tempest #1 and cannot wait to read it.

This book is a little slow at first but once the story finally starts to come together I really liked it. It will keep you guessing. The characters seemed true to life especially Kit.
