There are books that are great because they are well written and well structured.. then there are books hat have all that but also capture that special something; a magical quality that you can't put your finger on. Tribe is like that for me, and coming from the Uk, living in SA, it's even more special as I almost feel like I can reach out and touch the characters with my fingertips, it's so real to me. A great read!

Funny, dry, honest... Have read 105 pages and only started reading it today!

So far... Taking me back to early teen-life when I loved being wrapped up (and even writing myself) stories of YA magic and horror!

Fascinating and so interesting. A vivid into the bees social structure and a lovely fictional read as well. What started as a conversation with my hubby about what was happening in the book, lead us into a full on discussion about democracy and the pursuit of happiness! Very thought engaging book. Think watership down... for bees!
