She doesn’t tell us what she did about the woman who didn’t pick up her dog poop, which is disappointing and doesn’t give us an idea of how Mel actually put the theory to use in that situation. Also there was a sentence that was missing a word and that’s a huge pet peeve of mine. Seems unprofessional. I know that if I was doing a final review of the book, there’s no way I would have missed it.
