This was a freebie, so I didn't expect much. Now I've bought 2 more books. Wyman is a really great writer with a gift for spooling out the intrigue slow enough to build suspense but quick enough to satisfy, I could not put it down. An accident shakes up a woman's brain and her life as she deals with the injury, her fears and some disturbing changes to her personality.

Susan is reading Micro
I just finished micro. It's better than most of the books I've rated a 3 but I expected the Crichton 5 star ride -- even his scuba diving memoir was better written. The premise of this book was fascinating. It just seemed to lack polish. The language aside from the scientific explanations was simplistic and the dialogue predictable. And the villain too cartoonish to really be sinister.

Good, but not don't-talk-to-me-I'm-reading! Google yet. Well written but a quiet eerie not edge of my seat.
