The more true crime cases I learn about, the more creeped out I am by how "normal" some serial killers may seem. It is scary to think how well they can hide among us for so long. I can't help but wonder, 'How well do we really know people?' Makes me want to have a better screening process!

Crystal is 90% done with Will I Ever Be Good Enough? Healing the Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers

So good! Learned a few things, such as banishing my"inner critics" and creating an "inner mother". I also think the steps of recovery make complete sense, and I am hopeful they will help me out a lot!
