What happened to this book? This series was supposed to be six authors and six books about an all-woman band with six members. If you look on Amazon now, there are only 5 books in the series, and this book is listed (if you can even find it) as out of print. What was once the third book in the series (the one that followed this one) is now book number 2. Does anyone know an answer to this?
