Okay, so there are chapters just filled with tools, but not necessarily an index to find them quickly. Having a bit of a hard time with the broad definition used for "closed minded people."

There are so many great tools in this book... almost too many... with too many acronyms. There needs to be a crib notes or index of just where to find the instructions for each tool for different situations.
