Interesting. I was a little startled by some of the habits and ideas of these writers are habits and ideas either I have or thoroughly agree with. It's an insightful look into writers' minds, in my opinion.

I am really enjoying this book. There are some spoilers in it about the plots and resolutions of plots in the books discussed by Samantha Ellis, but it's worth it. Reading this book has caused me to have an interest in reading things I never have either read or had an interest in reading. She uses words eloquently, though some of them I've not seen since I took the GRE. I find it hard to put down.

So far, I would really recommend this book

I really am enjoying how in-depth this book is. There is so much detail that I find myself lost in the book, like I fell in and am walking alongside the characters. All the detail is slowing down my reading of it, but I do not think that is a bad thing in the least.
