Why are we saying Zucchine in Italian when the rest of the text is in English and zucchini is a perfectly valid English word. He doesn’t pronounce the pasta names with a forced Italian accent. Only “zucchine”. WHY STANLEY

Went into this blind. Didn't know what to expect, but it's more approachable than I expected. Sometimes contemporary fiction is just pretentious and purposefully strange. This reminds me of Looking for Alaska in a way, with more social awareness.
