This is why I struggle with enemies to lovers, because they’re such jerks in the beginning. I’m cool with Julia but Damion has a loooong way to go to make me like him.

Strongly considering the DNF…too many plot points mean they are spread too thin and I’m not invested in any one.

I feel like the author is trying to do too much on one story, and as a result I’m not feeling that tightness that makes for a good murder mystery.
