Seriously…wtf? 😅

I was interested in reading this in order to start watching the show but it’s genuinely super interesting. I understand the hype.

I’m reading when I have time and therefore reading so slow 😭 can’t wait for spring break

I’m bracing myself because this seems like a book that will hurt me.

More enjoyable than the first book so far and the writing seems improved.

I’m not sure what book(s) to end the year with.

From Libby I have:
- Golden Son by Pierce Brown
- The Fifth Season by NK Jemisin

From the library:
- All the Colors of the Dark by Chris Whitaker
- The Morningside by Tea Obreht

I’d like to end on a high note and optimistically, I think I can finish two books with the days we have remaining.

Wish I wasn’t working today to just read all day

Every single chapter is a cliff hanger and I don’t even know with Vis I want to keep up with more. I can’t believe how good this is so far

We’ve barely just started and I’m incredibly anxious reading each chapter. Such a great start.

Sorry to report that so far I am not understanding the hype.

Let’s hope this lives up to the hype

I’m so close to DNF this book, I’ve been trying for almost two weeks to get into this and I haven’t made it very far. Right now it’s feeling like I’m reading a novella that is part of a bigger series I haven’t yet started. So I’m a little lost and unattached.

Writing is good but I’m kind of bored

Alice frustrates me

I have no opinion about this book just yet, but I like that we just jumped right into it with Alice and Peter.

I’m so glad it’s the weekend so I can speed through the rest of this book.

All I want is for Ali and Nahri to be friends already.

I wish this had a glossary to refer to

Narrator is a little cringe but I’m invested. Immersive reading is helping to keep me focused.

for whatever reason, I cannot borrow the physical copy of Project Hail Mary at my local library so I must depend on my Kindle for this weekend

Why did I not correlate the name Tommy and Thomil? 😭 I genuinely was confused by why they were all calling him Tommy all of a sudden

It’s like nothing is happening but also just enough is to keep me going. I’m not too sure I like Emily.

Just started this but the writing makes me internally read this with a British accent, and I can’t even do one out loud 😂

Reading super fast, but not because it’s interesting. Just because it’s quite an easy read to pickup.

It’s reading like a typical middle school/early high school fanfic if I’m being honest. I may DNF or just finish for the sake of knowing the plot.

I really do read super slow on my Kindle

But…I’m not sure how to feel about this writing style so far.

I’ve lost sleep over this book, I can’t put it down
