Ugh. I was SO looking forward to reading this book, but Julie has been insuffarable so far. I'm hoping for redemption, but unsure if you can get over (what I perceived as) complaining about 9/11, comparing everything to sex, complaining about her great marriage, encouraging her friend to sleep with a married dude, and taking joy in killing lobsters. Really!?
