I loved the first book, liked the second, but I'm struggling with this third book in the series. I suspect it's due to Vaelin becoming a far lesser part of the story, while Lyrna's role becomes dominant. Ugh!

Disappointing to find quite a few spelling errors - "causally" instead of casually (3x in two chapters); insight instead of incite; sunning instead of stunning... *sigh*

Just watched the Melbourne Cup - what a great race it is and does Melbourne proud.

Wow! It was wonderful catching up with Isabelle Rowan, Mark Alders, Shaz, Beck, Sarah, Carmel, Nicole and Byron. the time flew by, with plans for the next meet in Feb when Sammy2006 flies out from the US!

I'm heading out shortly to have lunch with my fellow Melbourne M/M Romance Group members (and authors!) - plus a ring-in or two from Sydney and Brisbane! Yay!
