A few years ago I read Horse by Geraldine Brooks and then Spying on the South by her husband Tony Horwitz. Both were excellent.

This book written by Brooks about she and Tony and their family and their relationships, was both heartbreaking and heartwarming.

May Tony’s memory be a blessing.

Wow, what a long book. I’m listening to the audiobook. I love that Barbra is the reader and that it includes sound tracks of her singing.

This is a story my book club read in 2007. I don’t recall why I missed it, but I am looking forward to reading it.

Struggling to read this one.
