Enjoying it so far.

This is my second attempt to read "The Vault Walt" which is collected essays of respected Disney Historian, frankly I'm disappointed. The writing is bland, and the insight is comparatively minimal. It's not a bad book to start with (other than it's boring-ness) but not a lot of new stuff here.

I finished the Story of Joe Ranft, veteran Disney and mostly Pixar story man. John Canemaker did a great job exploring the well known anecdotes whil still revealing tons of new information. I'm excited for the second half on Joe Grant, the Joe I know a lot less about.
