Boring. AF. Omigod. Struggling sooo much to *not*have this end up on my DNF shelf but honestly—the struggle is real! This series has just been going downhill, book by book. I think this will be my last one. Life’s too short.

Omigod, I just want to slap the SHT out of this girl!! Will she EVER be redeemable?? She’s SUCH an absolute BTCH that I’m having a really, really difficult time liking this story! Cormac needs to just effin bounce her sorry a$$ to the CURB! Jesus!

Really struggling with this book so far. Definitely my least favorite of the series, hands down. I’ll continue on and hope it gets better.

I’m REEEALLY hating this book. I feel I’ve got to get through it so I can continue on in the series but wow. The first two books were SOOO good. I can’t fathom why in hell she’d have Isobelle caged by some religious zealot lunatic and then try to sell it that the two fell in love with each other! WHILE SHE’S STILL IN THE CAGE! No. Effin. Way. So far this book in the series is an absolute epic fail, imo.
