Excellent book with mystery, humor, intrigue and romance. You don't want to put it down it's so good.

It is a good story line, but I do not like the language that is used a lot or the graphic sex scene. Without those it would be excellent to read. I will finish it, but won't be getting more in the series.

Very good book so far to read.

I really like this first book in this series so far. It is set in Civil War time and tells about it. It is very true to life with the characters very realistic. You feel like you are right there with them during times of sadness, laughter, intrigue and mystery. Looking forward to reading more of it.

Good story line but not liking the language they use in parts of it. Will have to see about buying next sequel. The story does seem like real life and death experiences. It breaks your heart in places and you laugh in others. The war part is so real which is horrible any time it takes place. Want to keep reading to find out what happens next.
