This is definitely a worthwhile read, but not one that will make you feel warm and fuzzy about the human race.

Skipped a bunch of the birth stories...

Enjoying this one so far. Focuses on achieving a natural birth without being too extreme or limiting. Helpful to have the hospital perspective as well.

I agree with the author's premise, but I'm not sold on this book yet. The tone can get a bit cutesy and I'd like better sourcing for the science. Also, I don't love the almost complete focus on moms -- fathers can be part of the process of improving family health as well.

Really interesting so far.
