I can’t shake the feeling this is heading into some kind of life-swapping scenario. The writing is solid so far, though I’ve had to pause a couple of times to look up some physics terms or whatever the science lol

The usual female protagonist dealing with a horrible past, has a sports passion dream but injured and not ready for a relationship.

Dr. Gwen has a soft spot for Robert, lol I love the tidbits of info for identifying the BH Killer. We have a psychiatrist teaming up with a defense attorney, which reminds me a bit of the 1996 movie “Primal Fear”, although the two stories aren't exactly the same. But that film was a 5 star for me.

I’m really enjoying this so far. I love anything about lawyers, murder cases, and criminal profiling. The way the human mind works fascinates me. This feels like a great criminal investigation series, and I’m excited. (don’t fail me now lol)

I don’t like where this is heading now. Everything is going south. ooh I can’t wait to see the ending and for me to rate this a 1 star.

The story is too absurd for me. I'm impressed I can keep reading this, just like the Bauer family keeps up with Janie. But now, I'm more frustrated than curious and feel like putting this book on my DNF (Did Not Finish) shelf. (I hope not tho)

I'm getting a better understanding of the characters. Wylie seems unrelated to past events. The mysterious woman might be Becky, but I'm not sure yet. Is Ethan the husband?

I love how the characters are developing and I'm still very interested.

I still don't understand what's happening or the little girl's perspective and their connection. But I’m still up for it.

This story feels like a gripping hometown thriller, focusing on a troubled teenager who committed a massacre or murder within his family. Is the house Wylie is living in now the same place where the crime occurred back in 2000? I forgot but if it is, wow. That’s insane lol
