I’m all for weird concepts, but I still can’t quite figure out where this is going and what it’s trying to do. I’m curious, though, so I’ll keep reading for now.

Forgot how good this was. Thought about doing a skim-through before reading the sequel, but I got sucked in. Now reading it straight through, which will take longer, but is worth it.

Didn't realize this was YA when I requested it. Seems like a hi-lo book (higher interest level, lower reading level), so the writing is a bit simplistic. However...this is how a lot of my journals read when I was in high school, so it may just have been a while since I've read YA. Going to finish it because it's a story about a girl who loves musicals who works in her dad's game shop, and I love musicals AND games.

Struggling with this one. I enjoyed Kelly Link's short story collections, but this is moving so slowly that it isn't keeping my interest. If this was a new author to me, I'd have given up by now. Giving it a bit longer because I'm familiar with this author.

One of the best chapters I've read. Ever.

I started this one a year or two ago and couldn’t get past the first ten or twenty pages. Almost abandoned ship around the same point this time around, too. It seems to be picking up now. 🤞🏼

Reading this one with my D&D-loving 7-year-old. We're not far yet so it's hard to say how it is. Will update.

I don't know why it's taking me so long to get through this one. I loved the first two entries in this series, and objectively I don't think this is a bad story, but it's just not grabbing me yet. Really hoping it stops feeling like work soon.

This book is SUCH an interesting adventure so far. I love the format.

It took me a little while to get into this one, and I'm still not entirely sure what the main narrative is here (or if there is one), but I really like these authors, so I'm sticking around longer than I usually do. I'm curious to see where it goes.

I have no idea where this is all going, but I trust Erin Morgenstern to bring me there successfully. This book is full of intent and I cannot wait to see how all these threads are woven together.

Loving this so much that I’m tempted to slow down and savor it, but also really don’t want to put it down.

My boys say they like this one even better than the first one so far.

Struggling SO MUCH to get through this one. I have Kiersten White’s The Guinevere Deception waiting for me, though, so I’ll try to push through. It has brilliant moments but then the momentum crashes to a halt.

SO good so far. I want to fly through it, but I’m almost glad I’m super-busy this week because I get to savor it in small bites.

Very good so far. I enjoyed the first issue a bit more than the second, but overall I’m excited to continue reading this one. The set-up moves very effectively through relevant information, and the art is excellent.
