I find the descriptions and exercises of IFS found in this book compelling. However, the book takes on a pseudo-religious tone that I find troublesome. The author also makes ridiculous claims such as Covid-19 being mother Gaia's way of attempting to find homeostasis because humans have hurt the earth. If the author cut out these sections that really have nothing to do with IFS, this book would be improved.
