beautiful but this is lowkey depressing me

Raif is kinda like me when i decide to change my life on a random tuesday night after months of being a mess

just finished the first short story of the collection (Metzengerstein) and i'm not so sure what i just read but we're just vibing i guess

lowkey forgot goodreads even existed i’ve been MIA but im so back. prepared to be sick of me.

lost my copy of white nights in paris and didn't manage to find it before coming to the south of france where i'll be for the next 2 months therefore i am FORCED to pause my reading for now, i will kms

DNF for now because i'm 66% through and still can't get into it. i might re-explore this collection around the fall or when i'm in the mood for it but right now it isn't doing anything for me.

this book is so frustrating to me cause it has so much potential but the execution isn't giving what i thought it would give
