Turns out it’s not bad luck- just Shang wanting to propose and the family getting involved without asking.

The Best (New Year’s) Day Ever by Christina Lauren - novella with characters from Tangled Up in You (Meant to Be: Book #4). Ren and Fitz go on vacation and return to her homestead for New Year’s Eve. I didn’t read this book so I don’t know the backstory of the characters.

Siren in the Snow by Zoraida Córdova- a novella with the characters from Kiss the Girl (Meant to Be: Book #3) Eric has the perfect engagement planned for Ariel but a blizzard gets in the way.

Deck the Heels by Julie Murphy- a novella with the characters from If the Shoe Fits (Meant to Be: Book #1) Henry and Chrissy spend Christmas in L.A. with her family. I didn’t read this book so I was missing a lot of the backstory.
