I still have hope this will get better but right now it's really difficult to enjoy because one of them is being so incredibly mean to the other it's borderline upsetting and that is not what I want in a romance....

Why did I even start this? I knew I wasn't gonna like it. I'm giving up already lol.

Real Life is one of my favorite books of the last decade. I'm so annoyed at myself for waiting this long to read another Brandon Taylor book.

This is pissing me off but I'm devouring it.

Stephenie Meyer is SO funny for doing this .

I'm simultaneously reading this and twilight rn by going through chapter by chapter and see how it changes. So far.... not much lol

I kinda wanna dnf but now I'm halfway through so I'll persist and try to finish tonight.

I don’t think I like Ashley herring Blake tbh 😭

I'm so close to giving up on this. I had low expectations and it's so much worse than I ever could have imagined.

If I have to listen to one more reference to someone's weight I actually might shoot myself with a gun.

When I'm not reading this I can't stop thinking about reading it.

I can already tell this is gonna destroy me...

I am still reading this despite what my start date might suggest

I didn't expect to be so engrossed in this.. it's soo dramatic in such a fun way

guys.. I'm not actually liking this that much..

I am entertained enough and I do wanna see where it goes but it is not living up to the hype

I gasped when I saw the author was young.. the main character is supposedly 29 but she talks like she is at least 60+

I'm not disliking it so far though it's fine. I have been in such a romance mood rn I am happy to read anything I get my hands on.

I like a dual POV!

why must every queer romance use the cringiest possible language.

There is actually no way in hell I'm finishing this before book club next month

I'm finding the main character so incredibly frustrating to a degree that this is actually upsetting me to read but I do in fact need to know what happens.

Ugh the new POV from the King and his uncle is kicking my ass I was making so much progress now I've only ready 20 pages in a like a week lol

worlds most stressful landlord....

I might try again at a later date, but right now I don't think this one is gonna hold my attention and I have too many other books I'd rather be reading.

Oh this got so much sexually weirder than I was expecting. I don't think I like it? But I think that's maybe a personal preference lol

There is a lot of weird food stuff in this and I am not enjoying it.....

Being over 100 pages in and barely hitting the 10% mark on my kindle is killing me but I’m finding it more approachable than I expected!

Good luck to me.. I will probably give up on this one but we'll see.

oh... uh this one actually feels very personal to me and I'm not sure if it's in a fun way or not yet..
