This books is good. Who’s the killer/stalker??

THIS BOOK IS CRAZY. HOW IS THIS A TRUE STORY!! 😱😱

I could of done without the sex scene. 😬

I am half way thru this book and I still don’t know what is going on with Sydney’s mom. I’m enjoying reading the book and I’ve been looking up the history information that I never knew about Black Brooklyn (who knew a fiction book could be teaching me things). I just hate when things get drawn out toooo long.

I’m struggling w/this book. I’m interested in finding out what happened, but there is a character the author gives more space to in the book - A news reporter. This character is just written to be annoying with zero substance. As the author is a former lawyer, I’m confused that he has written him in such a way - e.g., reporter is always threatening to write that the defense attorneys are withholding evidence.

As the movie with Brian Dennehy years ago, now I’m going through the book. I can’t believe this man got away with so much terrorizing the community before they killed him.

Half way thru and I’m enjoying the start to this book series. Even better? There are more books to read! 🙌🏽

Some audiobooks can be hard to start until you get used to the narrator, pay attention enough to grasp the story, etc. This story caught my attention because part 1 was told in a true story documentary style. So much so I wanted to google the main character’s name, Georgina Shaw. 😬

I was sucked in within the first 5 pages.
