Dana Mitra is starting The Cat Who Went Underground (Cat Who... #9)
I just love these books. And this is one of the more delightful ones. I've listened to it in audio form in previous times and I'm rereading it one last time in paper form. I'd love the auxiliary characters, including the receptionist who answers the fix-it company as well as Mildred, the home ec teacher. This series and especially this book is the quintessential essence of a cozy mystery.

I love everything about these books other than that they end on a cliffhanger. Just put out a really big book if you really don't have an ending, but I guess that's how they do these trilogies these days. As I rated in the other book, I think that these characters are incredibly fascinating, and the plots are really fast taste And intelligent, and I think this is one of the best series of cozy mysteries out there.

Dana Mitra is starting Everything I Know About Love
This is a book about 20 something perspectives on dating and going out and DMing potential relationships. Not at all interesting to my 52-year-old self. It might be quite interesting to a younger demographic.

This is a new series that really requires reading the first trilogy. Do DNF for me

DNF. What atrociousness. A book promised on lying to good friends on not knowing how to communicate with a partner of nine years and on a woman giving up her career for an idiot guy. stupid. this might as well have been written in the 1950s.
