This will be on my bed stand for some years until I get through it because I want to savour every word.

Weirdly can't put the book down, but I am beginning to notice the stereotype fairytale tropes that are used in western fluffy tales, and it's bugging me. But still have over 2/4's of the book to go ... 🙏

This has been my summer read and I'm so happy to have this in my hands while the sun is out and boiling us all to the core. Summer 2022 is lush and dry and I hope I never forget it, like I hope that I never forget this delicious book. If you could mark my note taking then this book would be added to my record - thoughts in pink all over.
