Started a reread on Audible and realized I’d forgotten most of the plot. I’m enjoying this more as an audiobook than I did 3 years ago when I read it as a book.

Struggling with this one, but since it's an arc I'm trying to finish it to review. I think the problem for me is the first-person narration. I know it's common in contemporary romance, but the characters are coming across as rather flat as a result.

I’m trying really hard to finish this but omg, all the exposition is killing me. Nothing has happened except people are still hanging around the Bodleian and Diana’s had some really good wine with Matthew. I guess I like a little action in my paranormals.
