Omfggg he just rescued this girl and she’s like “will you be my daddy” like shut up shut up shut uppppp this dialogue is so unrealistic like he just chirped at the ‘fbi’ agent “I hope you don’t mind shutting out teeth because you’re about to eat them” after the other guy said “get in the car before I accidentally smash your head off the car on the way in” as if either of those are good insults

Tbh I just wanna get through this so I can move onto one of my pirate romances why tf does it have to have 600 pages

Is anyone else just totally unable to post any reviews/rate any books or is it just me?

My initial thoughts:

1) I forgot what good writing looks like. Figurative language? Rachel Reid never heard of her.

2) I fear I prefer my smutty little hea gay romances, figurative language (or lack thereof) aside.

3) That’s not to say that I’m not enjoying this. A bit creepy but nothing too bad has happened yet. I also haven’t read the triggers so yolo.

So I’m starting this as a non dark romance reader bc I was told it’s the darkest book people have ever read. I haven’t read the blurb either so I have no idea what it’s about lol. Pray for me.

No one judge me for rereading this I’ve only listened on audiobook and now I have a new kindle and I wanted to actually read it. lowkey I missed so much while driving/running/cleaning etc. nothing beats the words on a page I’ll tell you that much
