I dunno gang I think Stephen King might be a bad writer...

Tough to read if only because the retail experience rings so true that I'm aggravated on the narrator's behalf

From the first line being "Do you need a bag?" I received no response, so far this is probably the most accurate take on working retail (particularly bookselling) since Clerks & Empire Records. "Do you have 'The Artist's Way'?" A child's wail sailed across the store" I've literally lived both of those scenes in the last 2 weeks.

Recommended by Lance, very weird so far but also very good.
