There’s just so much to love about this series.

I don’t know, I reckon Kipps could have had a better moment to shine there.

Rereading this sequence made me recall the first time I read it, even remembered a sentence word for word. And that is good stuff.

Already diving into this.

These characters and their dramatic misunderstandings and the mysteries and the quips and the sinisterness and oh my gosh Lockwood’s trauma just gahh this series!

Okay… That probably has to be one of my favourite sequences in the whole series.

These books are just so deliciously creepy and I live for it.

Reread and I am already loving it.

This is actually way easier to read than I expected a Stephen King book to be. I’m liking it so far.

I was planning to read The Gilded Wolves after I finished Rule of Wolves - hm I’m sensing a theme here - but with it being spooky month and horror week and everything, I find myself suddenly very tempted to read the one Stephen King book, and only horror book, that I own... Why not? Best time to do it. Let’s get into the spirit and give reading horror a try for the first time!

Okay... Can’t say why because of spoilers for anyone who hasn’t read this but... let’s just say I’m very happy about certain people in this book right now.

Finally getting back into reading this and ohhh holy heck... This isn’t good...

Is it just me or am I sensing a little influence seemingly from the show? I mean I think this was written before the show but still... Could have been close...
