I expected a rom-com, and while there is a lot of rom there is no com. She uses a ridiculous premise to talk about very difficult things. It’s heart wrenching and probably not for everyone, but I definitely liked it more than I expected.

One of the best books I've read all year. I plan to return to soon so that I can annotate and come up with my personal game to improve my personal relationship with technology, and how I want to raise my children to help them with that as well. This is a book that is meant to start a movement and I mean to be part of it.

When I think of Japan, I usually don’t think of domestic terrorism by religious extremists. This has been so eye opening to what is must have been like to experience something like that, and in particular in somewhere that people felt so safe.
