I've never read a book that has three different sections of footnotes before. Sometimes the Kindle version is easier. Click, and you get the note. No turning pages, losing your place because you dropped your bookmark, etc. This is a challenging read, and not only for that reason. My lazy middle-aged brain is getting a workout, rereading this classic that I first read when I was in my early twenties.
