Starting Beyond the Wand and I’m actually really excited for this one. I love a good behind the scenes memoir, especially from the Harry Potter world.

I tend to think imposter syndrome is a mismatch between perception and reality, feeling unqualified when you are actually competent. That feels different than stepping into something you genuinely do not have experience in yet. One is distortion. The other might just be growth or risk.
