I knew it! I knew it would happen! That plot twist didn't surprise me! I love Jes, but I wish she'd stop getting distracted!

Book recommendation rule: Sarah J. Maas knows what she is talking about. I read S speaking highly of this book, so I decided to read it and it is soooooo good! I stayed up much later than I should've reading it and then I couldn't go to sleep because I couldn't stop thinking about it!

I feel only slight remorse for speaking ill of a character with such good intentions, but if the duke is to redeem himself for nearly killing Darby with his misplaced urge to protect Helen when she is more than capable of protecting herself, it will be by, er, disappearing from the book because he seems blinded by his hatred of Carleston and obsession with Helen.

This author has joined my list of favorite humorous writers. I've been cracking up uncontrollably every few pages.

Reading this after hearing about the book from an acquaintance :)
