I’m going to put this book on pause at 67% because I know where this is heading and I could not bring myself to finish the second half of this brilliant book. I will resume reading this in 2026.

Victor Frankenstein, you spend 2 freaking years obsessively putting together a human being and bringing him back to life only for you to be disgusted and horrified once he opens his eyes and you can’t even take responsibility for what you have done??? You just run away????

REREAD LET’S GOOO!

After watching GDT’s Frankenstein (it has captured my heart and mind) I must now come back and revisit this book which has been so under appreciated by my 19 year old self. Mind you, it’s only been four years, but the mind grows very much in the span of four years.

Let’s see how my 23 year old mind makes of this novel.

Ngl I’ve kinda lost interest in reading this (for the time being) but I have to power through a finish 😩
